Do I need any experience to begin?
No. We have designed entry-level sessions specifically for people who have never done yoga or meditation before. Your starting point is exactly the right place to begin.
How much time do I need each day?
Even 20 to 30 minutes produces real, measurable results. We have sessions designed to fit a full schedule - no two-hour commitments required.
I am not flexible - is that a problem?
Inflexibility is a reason to start, not a reason to wait. Every asana in our library has modifications, and we always teach the safer, more accessible variation first.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat and comfortable clothing. No props, blocks, or special equipment are required to begin - just you and the intention to show up.
Can I practise if I have a health condition?
Please share any conditions when you sign up. We adapt practices for common issues including back pain, blood pressure, and joint discomfort. Your safety is always the first consideration.
When will I start to notice a difference?
Most students notice better sleep and lower stress within the first two weeks of regular practice. Many report a shift in energy and focus even sooner.
